Mr. Shahbazi

Parviz Shahbazi was born on August 3, 1946, in Shiramin, in the East Azerbaijan Province of Iran. Parviz Shahbazi is a contemporary interpreter of Persian mystical literature and the founder of the Treasure of Presence movement. With academic backgrounds in both engineering and philosophy, he combines analytical rigor with the contemplative depth of Eastern spirituality. He is best known for his eloquent and accessible interpretations of Rumi.
